We are looking to welcome a **HR Administrative Assistant** to our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Generalist and have the autonomy to take on key HR functions, contributing directly to the company's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and coordinate vacation and training requests.
- Support performance management through scheduling and maintaining documentation
- Maintain employee records, including contact lists, seating plans, and rate sheets.
- Support onboarding by preparing materials, setting up workstations, and tracking benefits enrollment.
- Provide general administrative and HR support to HR Generalist as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
