**What to Expect**:
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
This hunter role will require an individual with organizational skills, strong time management and communication capabilities. To succeed the Account Executive must have ability to sell at the C-level to Senior Care clients. The Account Executive will become knowledgeable in all aspects of Fully Managed services business in a rapidly evolving market to drive monthly sales.
- Generate and qualify leads resulting in new Managed Service Agreements
- Qualify marketing leads
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead direct initiatives
- Make sales calls to prospects to uncover new opportunities
- Work to build strategic business relationships with key customers and partners
- Take sole responsibility for the achievement of sales targets
- Discuss and agree on KPIs with your direct leader and continually strive toward continual achievement of KPIs
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and activity reports and plan any additional required information on a weekly basis or upon request
- Responsible for providing an annual sales plan and forecast, providing quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to the plan
- Keep CRM (customer details and Opportunity details) up to date in real time
- Conduct research to identify opportunities in the target market to recruit, onboard and develop customers and partners
- Develop and communicate recommendations for growing product offerings within the client’s environment
- Prepare and present sales proposals and sales contracts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fully Managed’s competitive positioning in the marketplace
- Other duties as required.
**Skill & Knowledge Requirements**:
We're flexible but these are a must:
- Has sold service contracts or other monthly services.
- Strong sales hunter mentality focused on finding.
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas.
- Confidentiality concerning financial information
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong negotiating skills and capacity
- Understanding of small business vs. mid-enterprise decision-makers
- Strong, polished, professional communication skills - “people person”
- Team player with high energy, positive, “customer” friendly attitude.
