**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable for management review.
- Utilize accounting software such as CyFrame.
- Support payroll functions as needed, including data entry and verification using systems like CyFrame.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends or issues that may impact accounts payable operations.
- Provide support to Customer Service team as needed

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
