**Key Areas of Responsibility**

As a member of the Fully Managed Team, you’ll be working alongside world class tech talent, stretching your abilities by solving complex problems. You will be working in a supportive environment that celebrates wins and learns from losses, helping every member of the team to consistently deliver their best work.
- Working beside our Solution Deployment Specialists you will be assisting in the successful deployment of technology projects for Fully Managed clients.
- Assist with post project hand-off between departments. (Professional Services to Service Delivery)
- Assist with post-deployment support cases for a wide range of Microsoft centric products prior to project closure.
- Assist end users adopt new, modern solutions on a project basis.
- Create accurate documentation of client environments, known issues, and client information
- Participating in internal meetings to ensure the success of our national Professional Services team

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary studies relating to IT (e.g. Networking, Systems Administration)
- Minimum of 1 completed Azure related certificate in the past 2 years.
- Combination of 2+ years of progressive experience in an IT-related field related to systems administration, solutions implementation and/or support
- Experience and/or certifications with one or more of the following:

- Active Directory (Azure and legacy)
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
- Microsoft Server deployments
- Azure and legacy TCP/IP networking
- Hyper-V & Azure Virtual Machines
- Demonstrated knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
- Proven problem-solving ability to work rapidly in high pressure situations
- Exceptional demonstrated English verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-starter able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to travel occasionally
