**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Ideally has Supply Chain-related diploma or related education focus.
- Self-starter who enjoys technical challenges
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in priority order
- Background or some experience in shipping and returns of computer / electronic equipment globally
- Knowledge of inventory and assets management (ERP)
- Knowledge of shipping interfaces
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience communicating with customers and external vendors
- Excited by the opportunity to dig in and learn something new
- Bonus points for experience with managing multiple shipping queues
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ship Arctic Wolf hardware to customers globally
- Ship Arctic Wolf employee equipment to and from our North American sites
- Work with our IT and Provisioning departments to assist in their shipment queues
- Help to create shipping best practices
- Monitor shipments that are held up for invoicing or shipping exceptions and work with our vendor to get them releases
- Contact Arctic Wolf customers to return hardware that is no longer needed

- Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN's Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.
