Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Department: Supply Chain

Reports to: Director of Supply Chain

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinating vendor communications on inbound shipments between the logistics manager and vendors in Asia and North America
- Coordinating shipment consolidations with vendors in Asia and North America, based on the direction of the logistics manager.
- Report generation of intercompany transfer tools.
- Coordinating, tracking, and facilitating the warehouse logistics schedule based upon the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Coordinating, tracking, and facilitating freight carriers to facilitate the warehouse logistics.
- Keying in and updating PO data into the inventory system.
- Coordinating vendor communications on the annual bulk order based on the delivery schedules set out by the purchasing team.
- Vendor communications on purchase orders to ensure the vendors in Asia and North America deliver on time, for all newly launched products as well as replenishment orders.
- weekly report generation updating the internal team with the delivery schedule and status for all outstanding purchase orders.
- Following up with urgency in delayed shipments or shipments that carry expedited orders.
- Ad-hoc vendor research to facilitate the resourcing team to find new vendors.
- Weekly cash flow projection generation for the accounting team.

**Required Experience/Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as well as with a team.
- Proactive and self-starter, dependable, accurate, and thorough.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management preferred.

**Compensation Type**:Salary. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.**

Pay: $49,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
