**YOUR ROLE**
- Maintaining well-organized internal filing systems and managing project archives and records
- Assisting with the creation and updating of personnel resumes and project profiles on internal platforms
- Supporting general office functions—maintaining supplies, health and safety equipment, and assisting with procurement
- Coordinating meeting agendas, scheduling, and organizing training sessions
- Assisting staff with weekly timecard submissions and approvals
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and employee transitions
- Ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform other related general administrative duties
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to commute to our office/yard location is required, as we are located outside of Cochrane and no public transportation is accessible.
