As our company grows, we’re excited to expand our team with a reliable and organized Office Coordinator. This part-time role is perfect for someone who values attention to detail, excellent customer service, and efficient communication.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support our daily office operations with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone interested in a long-term opportunity to grow with us. Initially, the role will be part-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 12 PM. You’ll work closely with our management and cleaning teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and high-quality customer service. This role is essential to keeping both our clients and staff informed, supported, and satisfied.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling**: Schedule new bookings, staff assignments, and handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
- **Quality Control Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-ups with clients post-cleaning to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain our high standards.
- **Client Support**: Explain services to potential clients, provide ETAs and route updates, and manage inquiries.
- **Billing & Invoicing**: Send invoices, collect payments, and assist with financial tracking.
- **Team Coordination**: Confirm staff availability, update the team on scheduling changes, and maintain consistent communication with team leads.
- **Supply Management**: Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory.
- **Payroll Support**: Collect work sheets, receipts, and bills for payroll processing.
- **Data Collection & Research**: Collect data for reports, conduct surveys, and perform basic research to support team improvements.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to quickly resolve issues, handle complaints, and respond to client requests efficiently
- Professionalism in handling sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday

- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
