As we continue to expand our operations in Canada, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - People, Culture and Diversity. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational environment, ensuring our teams are engaged, diverse, and aligned with our core values and objectives.

**Job Summary**:
The Manager - People, Culture and Diversity will play a critical role in driving our company's People and Culture strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that resonates with our vision and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent in alignment with our company's needs and diversity goals.
- Develop and implement organizational strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with our vision and values.
- Create, review, and standardize People and Culture processes to ensure smooth employee operations and relations.
- Spearhead People and Culture projects, including the revision of compensation plans.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for the implementation of functional HRMS and databases.
- Utilize expertise in talent management and acquisition to strengthen our team.
- Lead organizational development and performance management, collaborating with managers to enhance team effectiveness.
- Manage the performance evaluation process, ensuring it is efficient and meaningful.
- Implement and coordinate new policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Oversee internal communication projects, including employee satisfaction surveys.
- Manage employee benefits and payroll operations, specifically using Ceridian Power pay.
- Evaluate and refine the company's benefits program to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy, and data security laws and requirements in our recordkeeping and data processing procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Communication, or a related field.
- CPHR or other relevant HR and payroll designations are strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in People and Culture operations or a similar role.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll tools; Ceridian Power pay experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of extended health benefits programs and Canadian employment legislation.
- Strong skills in data management and analysis.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
