Ahlan Coffee House is a Dubai-inspired luxury café where heritage meets modern moments. We’re looking for a talented **Kitchen / Pastry Chef** to join our growing team and help us craft an exceptional menu of desserts, pastries, and café bites that match our unique brand experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and desserts with a focus on **presentation, luxury, and taste**.
- Create and perfect **fruit-shaped mousse cakes, croissants, and other high-end pastry items**.
- Assist in developing and refining recipes that fit Ahlan’s luxurious and modern Middle Eastern-inspired concept.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work with management to ensure consistent product quality and creativity in menu offerings.
- Support food prep for café items (light bites, crepes, sandwiches, etc.).
- Follow all health, safety, and food-handling guidelines.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a **Pastry Chef, Baker, or Kitchen Cook** (café or restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong creativity and passion for desserts and pastries, especially **modern mousse cakes and laminated doughs (croissants, etc.)**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
