Mysa Nordic Spa

At Mysa, our culinary philosophy is centered on nourishment, rejuvenation, and sustainability. Our menus celebrate the seasons through a farm-to-table experience, featuring ingredients sourced from our on-site gardens and greenhouse, as well as local farmers, fishers, and foragers.

Our culinary team values collaboration, creativity, and craftsmanship — and we're looking for a Pastry Chef who shares that passion. In this role, you'll partner with our Head Chef to design, test, and execute an ever-evolving menu of pastries, desserts, and breads that highlight the best of what our region has to offer.

We're looking for a career-driven professional who wants to bring their talent, inspiration, and artistry to Mysa's pastry program.

As Pastry Chef, You Will

  • Create, prepare, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation trends
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and pastry areas
  • Comply with nutrition, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and collaborative team environment

What You Bring

  • A passion for pastry arts and a creative eye for detail
  • Experience working with or studying pastry and dessert preparation
  • Strong teamwork skills and a love for building relationships in the kitchen
  • A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
  • A commitment to learning and professional growth
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
