Triple A Cheese values high ethical standards and personal integrity of its employees. The Receptionist will be responsible in taking down customer orders, explaining options to customers, and helping our team process and fulfill orders as needed. They will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Other duties include taking in all sales orders and preparing documentation for shipping, order entry, inventory, and invoicing.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order forms.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out invoices
- Informing customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays
- Checking inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise
- Computing total charges for merchandise or services and shipping charges
- Enter invoices and purchase orders
- Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Ensure the front area is maintained and clean
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years work experience as a Receptionist/Order Desk, Customer Service or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferably Excel
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
