**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and confirm consultations, utilizing computerized scheduling systems.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Provide clerical support by typing documents, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an immigration office receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client care and satisfaction.
- Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, typing, and using office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
