We are looking for a key resource for our team. This position is extremely important for us as this position is the face of the organization. This will be the 1st person people will be meeting when they connect with us either in person or telephonically.
**Responsibilities will be as mentioned below but not limited to**:
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors;
- Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls;
- Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries; arranging couriers;
- Photocopying, scanning, filing, and, general receptionist duties as required.
- Transfer, update, and verify data from various sources into computer files or database systems.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Make sure the office space is maintained at all times
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or any related work experience.
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent

- Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
