**Receptionist and Office Administrator - Hearing Clinic**

An established hearing aid dispensing company is currently seeking a friendly and professional receptionist and office administrator to work in our new Scarborough clinic location.
**The Position**
As receptionist and office administrator you will be a vital member of the clinic team. You will be the first person our clients will meet when they call or visit our office and as a result, are responsible for making a great first impression.
You will provide administrative support to our hearing healthcare providers and company management. You will answer telephones, welcome clients and greet people who visit the clinic. You will process client transactions and funding documents. You will assist the hearing healthcare providers in delivering care to our clients.
**What you bring;**
You have a pleasant personality, a genuine interest in helping people and enjoy working with people of all ages and especially seniors. You have great attention to detail and take pride in doing the little things right. You are computer literate including the use of Microsoft and Google products and are willing to learn new programs and technology. Our clients tend to suffer from hearing troubles, so it is vital that you can communicate clearly and fluently in English in both verbal and written formats. The ability to communicate in other languages would be beneficial. Experience working in a similar position within the hearing healthcare field will be considered a valuable asset but is not a requirement.

Your working week will be almost exclusively during regular office hours of 8 am to 5pm and from Monday to Friday.
