- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory management systems.

- Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages or discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
- Assist in coordinating restocking or reordering processes as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

- **Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all warehouse staff, including proper handling of equipment, packaging, and lifting procedures.
- Report safety hazards or equipment issues to the warehouse manager.
- Help maintain the warehouse floor by performing general cleaning tasks and ensuring a clutter-free work area.
- **Team Support**:

- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in training and guiding new warehouse staff as needed, ensuring they understand safety protocols and proper warehouse procedures.
- Help the warehouse manager allocate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure that work is completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining warehouse records, such as inventory logs, order fulfillment documents, and shipping documentation.
- Help prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, product movement, and order status.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that operational goals are met.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a support or operations role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both inventory and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (forklift certification is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing inventory and tracking shipments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with the warehouse team and management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently (physical stamina required).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory control systems.
- Experience in operating warehouse machinery.
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and practices.

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with potential for evening or weekend work depending on business needs.

The role includes physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
