Job Title: Warehouse Operative at Cosmaroma Home Renovations Supply Store

Cosmaroma is a leading home renovations supply store that provides high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive shopping experience. We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in our North York, Steeles Ave W, Ontario location and contribute to our growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inventory counts and order products to ensure adequate stock levels
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
- Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Accurately receive and count inventory when new products arrive
- Perform physical/visual inspection of the products
- Identify and label skids with master case labels
- Keep general areas tidy and aisleways clean
- Any other Warehouse related tasks
- Operate mechanical Forklift, winch, or any other devices
- Load and unload materials with care
- Dispose of leftover packaging materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
- Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed
- Clean the space from any debris that might affect someone’s or your health
- Welcome delivery trucks
- Tag and label inventory and stocks
- Following PPE requirements (safety boots, high visibility vests, hard hat) if required by the manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Knowledge of home renovations products and trends preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
