**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Completion of our new corporate brand identity.
- Work with an outside marketing firm on the launch of a new corporate website.
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, support proposal presentations, and provide up-to-date marketing collateral.
- Write, edit, and produce project descriptions, online content, sales proposals, social media, and website features.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Houzz, and Twitter.
- Set and achieve quarterly social media growth targets.
- Ensure consistent representation of SCI’s brand across all channels—online, in print, on-site, and through branded assets (signage, uniforms, vehicles).
- Create and manage all visual content (photography, videography) for social media and the website.
- Conduct market research to identify profitable, high-growth opportunities based on geographic and demographic data.
- Organize and maintain an archive of images and graphics for marketing use.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and new promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate the design and ordering of branded promotional items and manage inventory of logo apparel for site employees.
- Monitor proposals and client communications to ensure they adhere to brand standards.
- Develop internal communications, including project updates with photography, to engage staff.
- Identify and create cross-marketing opportunities.
- Design and distribute after-sales client surveys to gather feedback.
- Provide creative support for recruitment efforts and special events, and assist with departmental projects.
- Act as the social media administrator, managing user accounts, passwords, updates, and video uploads.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the marketing team and business objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 3-year College diploma, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, fostering a positive team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (functionality, trends, strengths) including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business and AI.
- Knowledge of website software, graphic design, and vendor/project management
- Photography and videography skills is a strong asset
