**Responsibilities**:

- Lead market intelligence analytics initiatives to extract insights from large, complex datasets, and present them in a visually compelling and digestible format.
- Leverage statistical methodologies and predictive modeling techniques to understand customer behavior, segment markets, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing channels and campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, and implement best practices for data-driven decision-making.
- Develop marketing attribution models to accurately attribute revenue and customer acquisition to different marketing channels.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging trends in marketing analytics, data science, and automation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (such as R, Python), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics methodologies, including experimental design, segmentation, predictive modeling, customer lifetime value.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into persuasive presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
