**Worksite**:Hybrid (must be available to film in studio up to 6 times per month)

**Travel**:Although travel will be mínimal, there will be occasional events that require attendance, primarily in the Toronto GTA area.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven **Marketing Specialist**to join our team In this role, you'll bring your expertise in **video editing**, **filming**, **graphic design**, **website management**, **social media strategy**, **lead generation**, and **event management**to develop compelling content and innovative campaigns. You’ll be at the center of driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and generating leads to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Filming
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and events.
- Collaborate on creative video concepts that align with brand messaging.
- Edit footage with effects, transitions, music, and captions, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and aesthetic standards.

2. Graphic Design & Desktop Publishing
- Create visually engaging assets such as digital ads, brochures, and banners.
- Design materials for online and offline campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to craft high-quality graphics.

3. Website Management
- Keep website content up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize design, improve SEO, and enhance user experience.
- Use analytics to track performance and suggest improvements for conversions and engagement.

4. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content while analyzing performance metrics.
- Manage online communities to boost brand visibility and loyalty.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Utilize Hubspot CRM and Marketing
- Develop lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, webinars) and optimize landing pages.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and track performance metrics, including ROI.

6. Event Management
- Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events like webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
- Oversee event logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination.
- Analyze event success and identify improvement opportunities for future campaigns.

7. General Marketing Support
- Collaborate on creative strategies for online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & SkillsExperience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in video editing and filming (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Hands-on graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of website management tools like WordPress or Wix.
- Expertise in digital lead generation and nurturing.
- Hubspot CRM and Marketing experience
- Proven track record of planning and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.

Technical Skills
- Video editing and production expertise.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
- Familiarity with lead generation tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Certification in Event Planning or Project Management (a plus).
