**Company Description**
Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client, an American company based in Scottsdale, Arizona that develops technology and weapons products for military, law enforcement, and civilians.

They are currently looking for a **Marketing Specialist** with experience working within the public safety market in Canada.

As a **Marketing Specialist**, you will:

- Create and distribute content that resonates with customers and prospects.
- Partner with customers to develop and share real-world success stories that demonstrate the impact of Axon’s solutions.
- Generate new ideas to better reach key audiences and personas through various channels and content mediums.
- Deliver consistent and meaningful customer experiences, driving new and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify risks, opportunities, and pipeline needs, aligning on marketing objectives to accelerate growth.

**Measure Key Results**:

- Track and demonstrate how your efforts impact KPIs, such as pipeline creation, revenue growth, bookings, and market penetration.
- Leverage data to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and pivot strategies when necessary.
- Continuously measure and optimize ROI for all marketing programs.
- Provide clear and consumable performance reports to key stakeholders to demonstrate progress and benchmarks.

**Manage Relationships**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive product launch plans, adapt content to the Canadian market, and support the Canada Sales team.
- Build partnerships with customers, associations, and industry influencers to increase awareness, adoption, and positive perception of Axon.

**Marketing and Sales Data Management**:

- Use CRM tools to effectively manage digital and ABM campaigns.
- Build and expand a robust database of leads for outreach in Canada.

**Digital Asset Management**:

- Manage website content and digital assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with Axon’s brand.
- Work with marketing and design teams to update website and digital assets as needed.

**Agency & Partner Management**:

- Facilitate seamless collaboration between Axon, PR agencies, and creative agencies (if applicable), leveraging project management tools like Monday and Salesforce.
- Track progress and effectiveness of agency campaigns through detailed reporting.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you need:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience in a B2G or B2B marketing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
- Experience working within the public safety market in Canada.
- Experience working Social Media platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn along with Salesforce and Monday
- Travel required ~25% of the time.
