This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Cambridge, ON office. Job Description: Our client is expanding its Marketing Team and is seeking a Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to enhance their digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on managing and optimizing HubSpot to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion through effective marketing automation strategies. Responsibilities Own HubSpot configuration and daily operations, including forms, lists, workflows, automations, and integrations. Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages and web assets using HubSpot’s CMS. Manage segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and user journeys to support demand generation and customer engagement. Design and deploy responsive email templates and nurture campaigns in HubSpot. Develop automated customer journeys, triggered emails, and lead nurturing workflows. Partner with the marketing team to implement campaign workflows end-to-end. Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI. Mandatory Skills Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience. Experience connecting HubSpot with external tools via Zapier or HubSpot API. Experience designing HubSpot landing pages and email templates. Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Nice-to-Have Skills CRO Experience: Familiarity with A/B testing platforms. Project Management Tools: Experience with Asana, Trello, Monday.com. Sales Alignment: Understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub or Salesforce. This is a permanent position. Start Date: ASAP. Assignment Location: Cambridge, ON, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office.
