Living Well Home Medical Equipment is expanding and we are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, customer-service oriented sales representative to join our team Our company’s focus is on superior customer service in a retail setting specializing in a home medical equipment products and services. We take good care of our customers but we also take good care of our staff and are looking for people who see the positive side of life.

Main responsibilities include recommending home medical equipment for senior clients in the store (primarily walkers, rollators, scooters, wheelchairs, bed and bath safety items). Duties also include efficiently managing and preparing all paperwork, handling sales transactions, responding to inbound calls in a timely manner, providing prospective clients and affiliated health professionals with sales quotes, stock replenishment requests, assist outside sales team members by assisting with admin duties; scheduling deliveries, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements include accuracy, attention to detail, ability to use basic tools for assembling walkers and bath safety, ability to lift up to 40 lbs required as we often have to load products (like a walker) in cars for clients. Must have a current driver's license for very occasional deliveries in town.
Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is essential. Previous retail and/or admin experience is preferred but we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude Formal education in the PSW, Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant program, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy would be a bonus but not essential.
Please note, you must be comfortable with dogs as our non-shedding service dog comes to work some days.
