**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with customer service in scheduling deliveries
- Pack orders for our customer base as per orders put out by customer service
- Compile route plan for drivers (decide which orders go out on which truck)
- Schedule LTL shipments as needed
- Complete proper shipping documents, i.e. Bill of Lading
- Process courier shipmetns via courier website
- Schedule dock times for inbound goods
- Place incoming stock in designated storage areas daily
- Bring documentation from warehouse into office
- Be a contact for compiling goods for walk in customers
- Load/unload Plant Products trucks via fork truck
- Receive incoming goods via fork truck
- Direct third party truck traffic, and keep all traffic lanes clear
- Maintain a strict code of confidentiality

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- High School preferred
- Some shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail
- Fork Truck training and experience is an asset
- Loading and unloading trucks with a fork lift
- Ability to work well with others
- Computer skills are required for entering courier bills of lading

**HOURS**:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ANCASTER, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
