**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Educate retailers on our product offerings, providing expert advice on product selection, storage, and merchandising.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, manage inventory, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging industry knowledge and sales expertise.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Providing support with order picking and packaging at the point of sale as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the tobacco industry.
- Deep knowledge of tobacco products and industry trends.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
