Summary/Objective:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and exceeding customer expectations? We are seeking a highly motivated 'Regional Sales Manager' to join our team at Humble & Fume. In this role, you will lead a talented sales team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve our sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Licensed Producer (LP) partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue of our sales team.
- Analyze regional market dynamics to identify growth opportunities for Humble & our partners.
- Educate the team on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
- Prepare forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.
- Establish and monitor metrics to measure team performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure alignment of the regional sales plan with the corporate revenue goal.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff members, fostering a successful and positive team environment.
- Coach and develop the team, implementing 'succession planning' for business continuity.
- Lead sales planning, recommendations, and execution for all account types in the assigned region.
- Collaborate closely with 'Trade Marketing' to develop winning customer solutions.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) as agreed with LP partners.
- Identify, prioritize, and win new independent customer business.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in process-driven sales operations, with experience in building trackable, repeatable sales processes.
- Willingness to actively engage in sales efforts.
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in changing situations.
- Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives, including revenue, distribution, and visibility targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership.
- Willingness to travel as needed and comply with the company's travel policy.
- Strong understanding of financials, including trade spending and product profitability.
- Excellent communication skills and effective negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on ROI in all actions.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of direct selling experience for a CPG, beverage alcohol, or Cannabis company, encompassing account service and new account hunting and development.
- Proven experience with CRM systems.
- Passion for the emerging Cannabis industry and a drive to build a successful business.
- Exceptional collaborator, communicator, and valued team member.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong data entry skills with keyboard proficiency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload across multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
