As a Client Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to represent our clients' brands and provide exceptional customer service. You'll leverage your knowledge to offer each customer a personalized and comprehensive understanding of the services and products available, ensuring a professional and seamless experience from start to finish.

**Client Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Exhibit exceptional speaking skills to effectively communicate with current and potential customers as a professional and composed service representative.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking proactive steps and actively listening to customers when addressing their inquiries about products and services they are interested in or have already purchased.
- Enhance the sales process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivation, and effectively responding to objections.
- Address challenging customer situations with care and focus on finding solutions to their concerns.
- Manage the entire sales process from start to finish by overseeing order status and ensuring the timely installation of products/services according to company policies.
- Participate actively in daily and weekly meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest product and service updates and promotions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Client Service Representative Requirements**:

- The minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
- The position requires full-time availability.
- Although not required, previous experience in customer service and/or sales positions is considered an asset.
- A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales is preferred for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,868.67-$3,388.67 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Etobicoke, ON M9W 6R4 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
