**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be a critical extension of their leadership, handling a diverse range of tasks with initiative and discretion. This role offers an opportunity to be deeply involved in the strategic direction of Aspire Food Group while honing your skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Project Management: Work closely with the COO to manage and execute ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines. Oversee special projects assigned, including data analysis, business analysis, and other strategic initiatives.
- Research and Data Analysis: Gather and analyze information to support decision-making, utilizing data visualization tools and reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and proactively identify and solve issues before they escalate. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and projects outside your immediate expertise.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and executive matters.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Industry Experience: R&D, Engineering, Food Processing, or Manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Analysis or Business Analysis preferred.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and taking initiative on new projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
