**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide executive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
- Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems.
- Maintain customer service excellence by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming communications effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven administrative experience with a focus on executive support or personal assistant roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Calendar for efficient calendar management.
- Experience with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and clerical tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
