Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities, and time‑sensitive deliverables. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence. High level of discretion, judgment, and reliability. Proficiency with modern office productivity tools and digital workflows. Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with executive and organizational priorities. What Success Looks Like in This Role The CEO’s time is protected, optimized, and used effectively. Executive operations run smoothly with minimal friction or last‑minute issues. Communication across stakeholders is clear, timely, and well coordinated. Administrative and operational tasks are executed with consistency and precision. The Executive Assistant is viewed as a trusted extension of executive leadership. Work Environment This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in London, Ontario. The role requires regular in‑person collaboration with executive leadership and flexibility aligned with business needs. Why Join Get Gambit Direct partnership with the founder and CEO of a rapidly growing health and longevity company. Exposure to executive‑level decision making across healthcare, hormone optimization, and performance medicine. Opportunity to play a meaningful role in building a high‑impact, mission‑driven organization.
