**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound activies to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in inside/outside sales, telemarketing, or business development to builders, general contractors, and/or designers is required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and market dynamics will be beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients over the phone.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and adapting to changing market conditions.

Pay: $40,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
