The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing, selling, and maintaining existing business within a given territory.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Respond to client product inquiries and requests for estimates
- Make product recommendations
- Follow up on estimates on a daily basis
- Responsible for selling and developing existing business through outbound activity
- Participate in Client training boot camps, and trade shows
- Gain and maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of our products, our competition in the industry, and positioning
- Perform all sales activity through the company’s CRM/ERP platform, i.e. update lead status, enter/update business accounts, record notes, issue quotes, convert quotes to sales orders, and keep their customer database current.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 2-3 years of Inside sales experience
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office programs and CRM/ERP software
- 50 wpm typing skills
- Good knowledge of metric/imperial conversions, technically astute
- Efficiently manage a high volume of sales inquiries
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with strong verbal and written skills in the English language
- Professional Attitude & Etiquette
- College or post-secondary education preferred

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
