Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our water solutions and services. - Manage inbound calls, offering information about our products and assisting with inquiries. - Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication. - Accurately update and manage client information in our database. - Work alongside our sales team to meet targets and support company growth. - Stay updated on industry standards and product knowledge. Qualifications: - Must be Canadian Citizen - Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. - Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service roles is required. - Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. - Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships. - Attention to detail for accurate client information management. - Proficiency in CRM software and communication tools. - Post-Secondary education required, further experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus. **Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
