Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales activity, book qualified appointments, and close deals. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and performance-based compensation.

You will sell:

  • AI software (subscription-based)
  • New tires (B2B and select retail customers)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects and deliver concise sales pitches
  • Book qualified meetings and/or close deals directly
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Meet or exceed weekly booking and revenue targets

Performance Expectations

  • 40–60 outbound calls per day
  • 5–10 qualified meetings booked per week or consistent deal closures
  • Strong show-up and follow-up discipline
  • Contribution to monthly revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • SaaS, technology, or automotive sales experience is an asset

Compensation

  • Base salary: $35,000 – $70,000 CAD per year
  • Uncapped commission on AI software and tire sales
  • Performance-based bonuses paid on top of base and commission
