MaintainX is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an
** **Associate Talent Partner (sourcer). Reporting to the Director of Talent and Employer Branding, your primary focus will be building pipelines for all our roles. Partner with the Talent Partners and Hiring Managers from across the business to understand their hiring needs and source/engage top talent for our positions. You will have the opportunity to analyze recruitment trends to better understand the competitive landscape and be responsible for sharing sourcing best practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Build talent pipelines for all positions such as (Engineering, Tech, Sales, Marketing, Finance etc)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the requirements of the role
- Recruitment administrative tasks such as interview coordination, scheduling, conducting references, submitting background checks etc
- Manage talent metrics and reporting such as funnel analysis, and conversion rates
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Develop and execute strategies to increase company awareness on campuses and surrounding community.
- Attend job fairs, career booths, classroom visits, while educating students on MaintainX,and our company culture.
- Plan and coordinate onsite recruitment and campus events to promote MaintainX
- Provide ad-hoc support to HR team members

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of sourcing experience (ideally within a high growth company)
- Have a passion for networking
- Effective communicator who enjoys networking with others
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience sourcing for various positions and highly technical roles
