**Overview**:
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Manage the North American full-cycle recruitment process for coordinator, associate and managerial positions
- Provide full-cycle recruitment support; intake meetings, sourcing, screening, conducting, and coordinating interviews and offers.
- Subject Matter Expert for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including sourcing/recruitment strategy.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, creation of offers, background screenings, and maintain talent metrics and analytics.
- Participate in recruiting/networking sites such as Linkedin and Indeed. Managing platforms
- Obtain job descriptions for job board postings and make sure all descriptions are up to date.
- Maintain and update open status report weekly to track KPI data.
- Assist with onboarding process, tracking to be sure that Managers are completing new hire evaluations.
- Help with new-hire procedures: including organizing employee orientation packages, administering employee handbooks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons.
- Support HR director in educating employees on and enforcing company policies.
- Under the lead of the HR director, be a vital source of human resources information answering any questions employees may have.
- Update Cobra tracking sheet and make sure all payments are received accordingly.
- Update all employee job information on Payscale website once a month.
- Put together employee surveys upon request.
- Support any other special projects the HR director needs assistance with.

- **Discretion**:Like most human resources positions, recruiters often deal with confidential information.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum 2-4 years Human Resources or Talent Acquisition related support experience
- Must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail, professionalism, and self-motivation in accomplishing tasks
- 3+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition role interfacing with leaders impactfully and delivering to a complex matrix organization, evolving when necessary
- Must have experience in high volume recruitment efforts in a fast moving environment to be considered for this role
- Drive Results -that align with the company’s business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual problem solver and an outstanding ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Great ideas and keen to share them with the team
- Can do attitude, and not shy to ask a question to move forward
Pay: $39,104.00-$79,012.00 per year
