**At TC Transcontinental, we've got it made, and that's because of the expertise of our team.**We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to bolster our Talent Acquisition team, specifically focusing on supporting our US Packaging Plants in Hourly Recruiting. This is a 6-month position intended to address the current needs of the team. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources management or a related field
- Proficient in working with content management systems.
- Skilled in utilizing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Miscellaneous Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated experience in crafting recruitment strategies.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Experience in Hourly Manufacturing Recruiting is preferred
- Must be located in the United States
