Markham, Canada Spectrum Catering Full time

Spectrum Catering provides premium food/beverage service for corporate, social & special events. From breakfast to late-night snacks and everything in between, we represent a modern twist on traditional comfort foods. Our commissary kitchen and mobile food trucks prepare the finest foods to be served throughout the GTA.

The schedule is somewhat flexible but day, evening and weekend availability is required.

**General Labour Skills**:

- Packing for events & loading trucks
- Buffet set-ups, carrying food and foodservice equipment.
- Job site clean-up may include sweeping, cleaning, garbage removal, organizing, deliveries etc..

**Food and Beverage Serving Skills**:

- Serve food and Beverages
- Buffet service
- Roving hors d'oeuvres

**Additional Skills**:

- Address customer concerns
- Assist with special needs
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Oral communication,
- Problem-solving, teamwork, decision making, job task planning and organizing
- Significant use of memory & mapping skills

**Requirements**:

- Valid G licence and comfortable driving a company van
- Own Vehicle
- **_Public Transportation is not an option_**:

- Must Speak/Read/Write in fluent English
- Must be comfortable with long hours and Physical labour
