**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of freight.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and optimize routes.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including data entry into relevant systems such as SyteLine or AS400.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to streamline logistics operations.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dispatching or a related field within supply chain management.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate data entry.
