We are a full logistics solutions leader in the industry and we are seeking a driven, dynamic and experienced Account Executive based out of our offices in Mississauga.

**Career Description**
- Liaise with customers and carriers and process requests
- Coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound orders
- Complete Client Billing on a scheduled basis
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of a variety of daily tracing and ensure proper communication and distribution to customer and carriers is adhered to
- Confirm inbound and outbound order accuracy and investigate any discrepancies
- Involvement in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Work with Sales team to ensure that orders are booked and communication to all departments
- Maintain a target 100% customer order accuracy goal and ensure customer deadlines/expectations are met
- Strive to Achieve a 100% coverage on Customers Logistics Solutions.
- Order entry into dispatch system on a daily basis
- Assisting others in the Operations team to provide solutions to any transportation issues
- Assisting the Operational team in sourcing freight and brokering loads

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in Operations/Dispatch within a Freight Broker
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask that works well under pressure
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills, Planning, Coordinating
- Strong aptitude for learning new systems
- Transportation Industry Experience is mandatory

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$156,420.07 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L5H 2M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
