As our Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. What You'll Be Doing:

Routing & Dispatch

• Run pre-routing and routing for the following day's operations.
• Perform manual routing as needed to optimize delivery flow.
• Continuously monitor routing efficiency and make real-time adjustments.
• Support dispatching activities, ensuring accurate and timely communication with carriers and drivers.
• Provide coaching and support to carriers to improve performance and adherence to service standards.
• Address carrier questions or issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with carriers to identify routing or delivery challenges and implement solutions.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries.
• Accurately enter customer information and update records in the company database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Answering inbound and outbound phone calls from customers. Demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude and exceptional telephone etiquette.
• Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner while remaining compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Review open orders, ensure orders are valid, delivery times are correct, and product is shipped accordingly by consistently following up with team members and customer.
• Engage with clients to provide superior services and build strong relationships,
• Liaise with warehouse, delivery drivers, finance and sales in order to best support the fulfillment of customer's inquiries, orders and issues; and
• Manage administration tasks involving accurate data entry for various reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to provide support during customer visits.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
