**Position Title**: Site Administrator

**Term**: Fulltime

**Location**: Lower Mainland (Site Location)

**Availability**: Monday-Friday with overtime

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Morning meetings with site management
- Daily Man-count
- Provide payroll assistance for Quorum employees and Sub-trades
- Inventory for Job site
- Note Vault Daily reports
- Booking/attending formwork pre-pour inspections
- Contacting TNAI for required drawings
- Booking concrete crews and pumps
- Straight edge/ Flatness tests on slabs / proper documentation of rainouts and high spots.
- Coordinating finishing and labor to focus on critical paths including making finishing matrixes and keeping up to date with Field-wire tasks.
- Ordering/tracking equipment rentals for Sydney Jobsite.
- Purchase order tracking for Sydney job site.
- Delay tracking

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven history of scheduling construction activities and consistently completing projects on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred or high school diploma or equivalent associate degree/ vocational school program in construction-related field.
- Exceptionally responsible with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee construction sites to ensure projects are completed smoothly and safely
- Meet client and customer expectations
- Be able to multitask and build positive relationships with clients and crew members

**Experience**:

- Construction Industry: 4 years (preferred)
- scheduling construction activities: 4 years (preferred)
- Reading construction drawings: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's license (preferred)
