Export Navigator provides free one-to-one guidance to help businesses progress along the export pathway.

The program is funded by the Government of British Columbia in partnership with Pacific Economic Development Canada (PacifiCan) and delivered through Community Futures BC.

**About the CUSMA Compliance Advisory Services Initiative (CCASI)**

The CUSMA Compliance Advisory Services Initiative (CCASI) supports B.C. based small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) impacted by U.S. tariffs by facilitating access to the technical experts and advisory services they need to become CUSMA compliant. Approved businesses under CCASI may be reimbursed for up to 50% of their total eligible expenses, with a maximum reimbursement of $5,000. Eligible experts include customs brokers, trade consultants, trade lawyers, and compliance specialists based in Canada or the United States.

We are currently seeking a **Program Coordinator** to support the delivery of the new CUSMA Compliance Advisory Services Initiative (CCASI). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment where communication, organization, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Be the friendly and responsive first point of contact for program applicants.
- Coordinate applicant intake and documentation using tools such as Zoho CRM.
- Support the development of applicant-facing materials and program communications.
- Help maintain program systems and ensure smooth workflows across the team.
- Track and respond to applicant needs with clarity, kindness, and professionalism.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A skilled communicator with a passion for people and process.
- Confident using digital tools and comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines.
- Organized, resourceful, and collaborative. Someone who gets things done and supports others along the way.
- Experienced in coordination, customer service, or administrative roles (nonprofit or program-related experience is a plus).
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, client services, or administrative roles.
- Experience working with small businesses, community organizations, or government-funded programs is an asset.
- Previous work with public funding or economic development programs is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
