**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with internal teams in the completion of branded assets such as signage, office printing, brochures, and other ad hoc requests using Adobe InDesign.
- Develop and execute the company social media strategy to drive engagement and achieve growth targets.
- Create, proofread, and revise all marketing materials and content for accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Define, prepare, and develop document templates, styles, and formats in adherence to brand standards.
- Process (receive, review, and file) high volumes of client documentation.
- Coordinate with various key stakeholders to evaluate and track the progress of proposals.
- Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Review, edit, and format technical and commercial documentation for proposals to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor our client websites for new requests and opportunities.
- Assist with the development and execution of annual and ongoing marketing strategies and plans in alignment with overall business goals.
- Assist with the accurate tracking and reporting of proposal statistics by maintaining internal proposal database.
- Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- University degree or post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as Marketing or Communications.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a proposal role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including digital, social media and content marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment. Experience with Marketing and Graphic Design is an strong asset.
