**Job Purpose**:The Field Resource Coordinator is new role, responsible for coordinating and assigning field manpower to ensure that each project is staffed appropriately. This role works alongside Superintendents and the Director, Field Operations to provide a high level of support to field staff. The role ensures effective staff scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation, and will provide administrative and recruitment support to the human resources department as needed.

- Flexibility and responsiveness with the ability to provide after-hours support to field staff as needed
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships

- Construction knowledge or experience
- Experience with workforce allocation and planning

**Duties**:

- Analyze workload, identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Schedule manpower
- Track resource availability and adjust to meet changing demands
- Act as primary contact for field staff
- Relay information and updates
- Coordinate and schedule apprenticeship or other training
- Site process tracking
- Recruitment support
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientations

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
