Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the **HR Coordinator** will provide essential support to the HR team and will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Foundation’s HR programs and initiatives. As a key part of the HR department, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR administrative and program execution functions and ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Human Resources Administration & Support**

Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures.

Assist with maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.Manage data entry and reporting in the HRIS system (BambooHR), as directed by leadership.Assist with the creation and management of employee documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records.Help maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data, including assisting with audits and governance activities.Schedule payroll bi-weekly and support benefit administration tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with external payroll vendor.
- Assist with the logistics of HR-related projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and organizing materials.

**Employee Engagement**

Coordinate employee engagement activities and support the Manager, HR in organizing events that promote a positive work culture.

Assist in the coordination of employee committees, including scheduling, minutes and action log tracking.Help gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and provide actionable insights to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Assist in implementing the organization’s recognition and professional development programs, ensuring all activities align with organizational program guidelines.
- Support internal communication initiatives by drafting and/or distributing HR-related updates, newsletters, and announcements.

**Recruitment & Onboarding**

Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Manage the offboarding process for employees in coordination with leadership, including collecting company property, and ensuring appropriate documentation is completed.

**Required Qualifications**
- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, BambooHR experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail.
- Understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear Background Check.
- Driver’s License & access to personal vehicle.
