We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about HR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Assist with payroll preparation and time tracking as needed.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
