To achieve our mission, we believe that integrity, product knowledge, quality, on-time deployment are our main objectives and customers' commitment. **OVERVIEW** We're currently looking for a **full-time SHIPPING COORDINATOR **who can start as soon as possible. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Order picking, shipping and receive shipments - Packaging, strapping, wrapping - Accountable in accurate inventory report and stock rotation - Manipulate, move, load and unload materials by hand or through use of a variety of material handling equipment, including Forklift - Provide assistance to the production floor, with a focus on moving product in an organized manner following company standards, ensuring that product including raw materials, work in progress (WIP) and finished goods, flow smoothly from location to location, on time and on schedule in a safe and courteous manner - Works in a team and carries out duties including but not limited to completing related records and documents - Loads and unloads material onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand weighing up to 60 pounds - Ensure items are tracked and stored accurately - Ensure inventory accuracy between system and actual - Ensure parts received and/or FGs being shipped have proper and complete documentations, complete per item and quantity, and it is in good condition - Prepare daily reports to managers and executives **REQUIREMENTS** - Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping. - Forklift license an advantage. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work along with others. - Prior‌ ‌experience‌ ‌and‌ ‌systems‌ ‌knowledge‌ ‌is‌ ‌preferred.
