**About Us**

CTG Brands Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of consumer goods, supplying retailers with a wide range of quality products. Our logistics team plays a crucial role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently, and we are currently seeking a **Shipping Associate** to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

As a **Shipping Associate**, you will be responsible for handling inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Shipping**:

- Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Work with carriers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.

**Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.

**Warehouse Operations**:

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines (if certified).
- Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Handle fragile or sensitive inventory with care.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading and packing slips.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to logistics and inventory control.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics is an asset.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and shipping software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive hourly wage ($20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience).

- Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts).

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
