**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer requirements.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse and storage areas.
- Use inventory systems to track incoming and outgoing goods.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight companies for on-time deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory software and shipping tools is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
